2. Cancellation of Orders

2.1. Cancellation Window: Customers have the facility to cancel purchases and claim a refund within 24 hours from the time of purchase. We will not cater to any cancellation requests received after 24 hours from the time of purchase, and we will not be responsible or liable for any refund claims beyond this period.

2.2. Cancellation Approval: In case the cancellation request is approved, our team will generate a "credit note" within 7 business days from the date of order cancellation.

2.3. Credit Note Validity: The credit note issued will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of order cancellation.

3. Changing Orders

3.1. Order Modifications: Customers may request changes to their orders. However, any price difference resulting from the revised order will be the responsibility of the customer.

3.2. Payment of Price Difference: The customer is required to bear the price difference of the revised order, and this amount must be paid before the order is updated.

3.3. Credit Note for Reduced Amount: In situations where the price of the new order is less than the original order, we will issue a credit note for the balance amount. This credit note can be availed by the client within a stipulated time period communicated by our team.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

4.1. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within  hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, as applicable. and we require video proof for unpacking of delivered order.  

4.2. Return Authorization: All returns and exchanges must be authorized by our team. Please contact us before initiating any return or exchange process.
